MANUFACTURING
We manufacture a wide range of quality Australian made
key blanks, locks, cylinders, and padlocks as well as
other security and lock-related products. Manufacturing
takes place at our Queensland production facility and our
products are offered at a competitive price by our
authorised agents.
Our factory is equipped with several high speed milling machines such as our T. Giuliani mills that are capable of producing up to 6,000 keys per hour. We are able to produce key blanks in either brass or nickel silver.
We also have the ability to emboss
key blanks with either trade names or locksmith names.
All embossing is currently done with our 80 tonne T.
Giuliani automatic feed hydraulic embossing press.
We also produce commercial tokens with our embossing equipment. Please contact us for a free sample or if you would like further information about this service.
Our modern equipment includes two bar-fed, six-head, fully automated C.N.C lathes which are capable of 24 hour operation. This machinery is used to produce our range of cylinder bodies, lock barrels and other locking components.
Key blanks are offered in brilliant
polished brass finish or bright nickel plate. If you have
